At Veldira, customer satisfaction is our priority. Every jewellery piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Include the original jewellery box, packaging, invoice, tags, certificates (if applicable), and any complimentary items received with the order.

Show no signs of damage, scratches, resizing, or alteration caused after delivery.
Returns are accepted only for purchases made through the official Veldira website.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth claim process, customers must record a continuous 360° unboxing video while opening the parcel.
The video should clearly show:

The sealed package before opening.

The entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

The received product and all packaging materials.
Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Process
To request a return:

Contact Veldira Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.

Share your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product.

Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product. Eligible shipping charges will be reimbursed after verification.
The returned product will undergo a quality inspection before the refund or exchange is approved.
Exchange Policy
Products eligible for return can also be exchanged.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the new product costs more, the customer must pay the price difference.

If the new product costs less, the remaining amount will be refunded or issued as store credit, as applicable.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns and refunds are not applicable for:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Products purchased using special promotional offers where mentioned as non-returnable.

Gift cards or store credits.

Products that have been used, worn, resized, repaired, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by Veldira.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders are eligible for return or exchange if they meet our return conditions.

Refunds for COD orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after successful verification.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
