At Veldira, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and on time. Every order is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • During public holidays, festivals, or high-order volume periods, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.

  • Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

Please note that the above timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available across India on all prepaid orders.

  • Any applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can also track your order by logging into your Veldira account and visiting the My Orders section.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Public holidays or festive seasons

  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Courier or logistics partner delays

  • Government restrictions or local disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Incorrect mobile number or customer unavailability during delivery

Veldira is not responsible for delays caused by the above situations.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with a valid mobile number.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or failure to accept delivery, any applicable re-shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.

Secure Packaging

Every Veldira order is packed with care in premium protective packaging to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely.

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened at the time of delivery, please do not accept it and contact our customer support immediately.

Unboxing Video

To help us resolve any issues related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products, customers are requested to record a continuous 360° unboxing video while opening the package.

Claims regarding missing or damaged products may not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.

Order Verification & Cancellation

Veldira reserves the right to verify order details before dispatch. Our team may contact you to confirm your shipping address, contact information, or order details.

If we are unable to verify the required information or detect suspicious activity, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the order.
